Once you're on our list, we'll let you know when we're ready for you to join the group. For larger workspaces, this may include a call to guide you through the new features and get you started and a follow-up call with a member of our product team.

Signing up

Q. What kind of participants are you looking for? 

In order to use the new Timeline where memories are hosted in a new database, you'll need to be running the latest version of Memory for macOS (Windows support is on the horizon) for at least a couple of days. You can update to the latest version by clicking this link: https://memory.timelyapp.com/download/mac

Participating in the beta

Q. How can I provide feedback?

When we enable access, every user on your workspace will have the ability to enable the new timeline experience. Please provide feedback using the feedback button in Timely at any time during the beta (and beyond of course!) If you're stuck simply reach out to the support@timelyapp.com and we'll be right there with you in Timely.

Q. What If I want to leave the beta?

Thats absolutely fine, you can leave the beta at any time by clicking the settings wheel > Revert to old Memory experience.
